Erel OnojobiFounder & CEO
Erel is the founder of Set Fashion Free Youth and co-ordinator of the pilot project.

Erel holds an MA in Applied Anthropology, Youth Work and Community from Goldsmiths College University of London and has worked with young people for more than 10 years through various organisations including local youth projects and her local church. Her passion to promote positive opportunities for young black people led her to set up Set Fashion Free.

Nicola Dillon Director, Communications & Development

A designer specialising in branding, creative strategy and visual communication, Nicola has over 14 years experience transforming perceptions and increasing the value of businesses through her creativity, strategic techniques and innovative style. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to start branding and design agency Kinked in 2005 where she worked with emerging businesses using design to help transform and move their business to the next level.

She is passionate about building confidence and helping people recognise their potential. She believes there is great personal power to be found in having a strong understanding of your culture and heritage. Her work with Set Fashion Free merges with these values and allows her to bring together her passion and her talent.
